Educational Objectives:
At the end of this conference attendees should be able to:
- Be aware of the issues surrounding venous thromboembolism, the newest treatment algorithms, update the information on new anticoagulants, and about hypercoaguable states.
- Be exposed to some of the rare but important issues surrounding some venous patients, to learn the basics and know when to refer.
Conference Overview:
INvein was created to provide needed education and training on emerging technologies and medical operative and non-operative modalities to treat venous disease. In addition to showcasing the latest technologies and treatments, the mechanics of creating and running a successful vein practice will be addressed by nationally recognized venous disease experts. Melding academic and clinical practice faculty experts, INvein provides attendees with a comprehensive program designed to educate and train physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals in the treatments and technologies available in the diagnosis and management of venous disease. In addition, INvein provides attendees the strategies to successfully build and maintain a state-of-the-art vein practice with sessions suitable for medical professionals and medical practice administrators alike.

Vascular & General Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Phlebologists, Plastic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals who are currently treating venous disease.
